Snore Diary service description

Snore Diary is a personal sleep sound awareness app for iPhone. It lets you record overnight audio, review estimated snoring, coughing, and talking events, and replay short clips stored on your device.

Snore Diary is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

License to use Snore Diary

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snore Diary on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Snore Diary except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Snore Diary is not medical advice

Snore Diary helps you review nighttime sounds for personal awareness. Sound labels, trends, and exported reports are estimates—not medical findings.

Do not use Snore Diary to self-diagnose sleep apnea or any other condition. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical questions.

• Snore Diary does not provide sleep scores or clinical diagnoses.
• Patterns shown in Snore Diary reflect associations in your diary, not proven causes.
• Exported PDF and CSV files include non-medical disclaimers for personal use.

Your responsibilities when using Snore Diary

You are responsible for how you use Snore Diary and for complying with applicable laws, including rules about recording audio where you sleep.

• Use Snore Diary only for lawful personal purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass app security, payment systems, or device protections.
• Keep your iPhone secure because Snore Diary data is stored locally on your device.

Snore Diary Pro purchases and subscriptions

Snore Diary offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices, free trials, and availability may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at purchase time.

Annual Pro includes a 14-day free trial where offered, then renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Restore purchases is available inside Snore Diary for previously bought Pro access.

Data stored by Snore Diary

Snore Diary stores sleep diaries and audio clips on your iPhone. We do not operate a cloud backup of your recordings in the current version.

You can delete data inside the app. Uninstalling Snore Diary may remove local app data depending on iOS behavior.

Intellectual property in Snore Diary

Snore Diary, its design, software, website content, and trademarks are owned by Code MXM or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Snore Diary intellectual property.

Disclaimer of warranties for Snore Diary

Snore Diary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted recording, perfect sound detection, or error-free analysis.

Limitation of liability for Snore Diary

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code MXM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Snore Diary, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Snore Diary and these Terms

We may update Snore Diary or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
